End of story.
Seriously, why didn’t they make this thing? It’s fucking badass.

Nice Porsche Panamera.

They remembered there is no chassis in VAG that would acceptable to put it on.

Something about the rear end reminds me of a Dodge Charger:
Other than that, I like it.

That’s a departure that Lamborghini needs in their product line. Their design is the same tired rehashing after this long, making flat cars.

But its not ostentatious enough for the ten year olds that buy Lamborghinis.

Engine placement brah
I get that the the S8 and Panamera Turbo are great performers but I don't think Lamborghini would make a sedan with a V12 ahead of the front axle.

The front end looks too much like a deformed Aventador but otherwise I like it. It’s pretty sad that they canned this and are going to build the lame Urus (SUV).

Where do you think it was going to go in the Estoque? That long hood is an awful waste if it’s mid-engined, which also means there’d be no back seats.

Clearly in the front, but mid-front . Check the shock tower location on the FF for example.

Ah, okay. I see what you’re saying.

They can make what ever they want as long as is crazy

That just does not appeal to me one bit...

This looks like an excellent design for a Cadillac and I would buy. I like this design. However it’s not ridiculous enough for this company.

Why wouldn’t they make a sedan with the engine in the front? You certainly can’t put one in the rear or it wouldn’t have the rear seat space to be a sedan anymore.
Besides, Ferrari has done it and succeeded and Lamborghini’s going to have a front engined crossover soon.

Yea I didn’t explain myself very good. I meant IMHO a Lambo sedan would have to have a mid-front engine whereas the A8/Conti/Panamera all have the engine a lot more forward. Great for interior packaging but not so much for dynamic. In another comment in here I posted the FF’s engine bay to show the shock tower placement difference.

Having most, if not all of the engine in front of the front axle is 100% an Audi thing. It’s what really brings down their handling capabilities. If Lamborghini made a sedan, it would need to be a mid-front design since it needs that extra handling ability to justify the car’s performance edge. If they were to package it like the FF it would probably be a fantastic sedan. The Panamera already handles amazingly so I can't even begin to image how good a Lamborghini sedan would be.

At first I never really liked it. Now I think it was a great shame VAG never allowed Lamborghini to build it.
Like someone else mentioned, maybe it’d tread on the Panamera too much to make it a good business case. Who knows?
